Professor Dr. Dilnoz Ruzieva Isomjonovna is the esteemed Rector of Bukhara University of Innovation. She graduated with honors from the Belgorod Pedagogical Institute in 1991 and defended her PhD in the theory and methodology of teaching the Russian language in 1995. With extensive academic and professional experience, she has held various influential positions, including Associate Professor and Head of the Department of General Pedagogy at Tashkent State Pedagogical University.
