Daminov Mirzohid Islamovich, a distinguished leader in the field of education, serves as the First Vice-Rector for Innovations at Bukhara University of Innovations. He holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and is a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and Associate Professor.

With over 25 years of experience in education, Mr. Daminov has held significant leadership roles including Head of the Regional Department of Public Education, Rector of the Institute of Professional Development and Retraining of Pedagogical Staff of Bukhara Region, and various positions at Bukhara State University, such as Head of the Department for Working with Gifted Students, Director of the Center for Advanced Training and Retraining, and Dean of the Faculty. He played a crucial role in the establishment and leadership of the Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute from 2021 to 2023.
