Yarashov Mansurjon Ghaybullayevich, a distinguished professional in public administration and youth development, serves as the Vice Rector for Youth Affairs, Spiritual and Educational Work at Bukhara University of Innovation. Born on November 3, 1981, in Qorako‘l District of the Bukhara Region, he has dedicated his career to advancing youth welfare, child protection, and education.
From Ideology to Practice: Yarashov Mansurjon’s Academic Contributions to Uzbekistan
With a Bachelor’s degree in National Independence Ideology: Legal and Ethical Foundations from Bukhara State University (2007) and a Master’s in Public Administration from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2018), Yarashov brings a wealth of academic expertise and practical experience. Fluent in Russian and English, he leverages his linguistic skills to foster cross-cultural collaborations and youth engagement initiatives.
Fostering National Values: Yarashov Mansurjon’s Vision for Educational Excellence
Yarashov’s extensive career spans key roles, including lecturer and departmental head at Bukhara College of Law and Public Services, Secretary of the Interdepartmental Commission on Juvenile Affairs, and Head of the Secretariat on Child Protection Issues in the Bukhara Region. Since January 30, 2024, he has been leading the Child Social Protection Department under the National Agency for Social Protection.
In his role as Vice-Rector, he oversees and enhances the spiritual and educational processes within the university. His responsibilities include ensuring compliance with national educational policies and regulations, fostering moral and ethical development among students, and implementing effective mechanisms to instill national ideals. He is also charged with organizing legal literacy courses, spiritual-educational events, and overseeing student dormitory conditions and social protection.
