Dildora Tosheva Abdumalikovna is the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations at Bukhara University of Innovation, bringing extensive expertise in linguistics and a dynamic vision for academic development. Born on July 24, 1988, in Kogon District, Bukhara Region, she holds a PhD in Philology and the academic title of Associate Professor, specializing in Uzbek linguistics.

A graduate of Bukhara State University (2010) and the National University of Uzbekistan (2012), Dr. Tosheva has distinguished herself in academia through her dedication to advancing research and innovation. Her participation in prestigious international grants, including the Persian language program in Tehran, the “KATIP” program in Turkey, and the international grant for summer courses in Lithuanian language and culture, highlights her strong commitment to global academic collaboration. In 2023, she further enhanced her professional skills with an internship at Kazan Federal University and training in education quality management at BIU.
